The project involved a comprehensive structural assessment and retrofitting study for the Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) at CPCL Refinery in Chennai, focusing on isolating the bridge crane support from the Coker structure. The project ensured operational stability and safety, enhancing refinery efficiency and contributing to India’s energy security. Completed within a tight 6-month timeline, it addressed complex structural concerns and introduced innovative retrofitting solutions.
