Third Party Quality Assurance Services for Light House Projects

The Light House Projects (LHPs) are a transformative initiative in the mass housing sector, focusing on delivering high-quality, ready-to-live homes using innovative construction technologies tailored to regional geo-climatic conditions. Launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on January 1, 2021, across six cities—Agartala, Ranchi, Lucknow, Indore, Rajkot, and Chennai—these projects serve as live laboratories to demonstrate the latest technologies in planning, design, production, and construction. CUBE is providing Third-Party Quality Assurance for all six projects, which include 7,000 dwelling units across a total built-up area of 3 lakh sqft, with an estimated value of Rs. 900 Cr. These projects are highly visible and closely monitored by the PMO, ensuring sustainable and efficient construction practices.
