Third Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) Services for the Construction of Permanent Campus (Phase 1) at IIM Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh
1. CUBE delivered Third-Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) services through regular on-site inspections conducted in coordination with CPWD officials and contractor teams, ensuring transparency, compliance, and consistent quality control. Detailed fortnightly reports supported timely decision-making and effective corrective action.
2. Beyond TPQA, CUBE actively supported project execution by monitoring daily site activities and coordinating closely with IIM representatives. In response to project delays, the team focused on concurrent snag rectification through continuous site presence.
3. To strengthen real-time coordination, IIM authorized CUBE to station a dedicated executive at the site. This enabled faster issue resolution, improved workflow, and enhanced overall project control—highlighting the value of CUBE’s hands-on TPQA approach in complex projects.
