Providing Third Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) Services for Construction of Permanent Campus for Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati, at Merlapaka village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor Dist., A.P. Phase-1 (Stage-1)
Stage 1C of the IIT Tirupati campus infrastructure covers approximately 1,31,500 sq.m. across five zones — Academic, Hostel, Residential, Sports, and External Development. The project was executed by M/s KPIL under the supervision of CPWD, with CUBE serving as the Third Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) consultant from July 2020 to October 2023. A dedicated multidisciplinary QA/QC team covering civil and MEP disciplines ensured compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout construction.
CUBE implemented a technology-driven QA framework centered on the Q-SCAN digital inspection platform, enabling real-time site observations, inspection tracking, and faster issue resolution. Standardized checklists, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), quality dashboards, and rapid stakeholder communication workflows strengthened monitoring and decision-making. Regular technical knowledge sessions further enhanced on-site quality awareness and preventive practices.
