Preparation of DPR: Comprehensive Study on Grading Plan and Surface Water Management Plan at DAIKIN, Sri City.
The project aims to deliver a comprehensive master grading and water mass balance plan that treats landform, drainage, and water use asan integrated system, ensuring the park is built at lower life-cycle costs, operates safely during monsoon. Rather than limiting the exercise to isolated “re-grading,” CUBE integrates grading with stormwater management, storage, recharge, and reuse, ensuring regraded platforms are cost-effective, drains are appropriately sized.
