Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, TNUHDB vide Letter No. TNUHDB/PMU/ADB/2022 dated 26 September 2022, has entrusted Centre for Urbanization, Buildings & Environment [CUBE] with quality audit services to the ongoing Vallam and Kalanivasal sub projects in Thanjavur and Sivagangai District. CUBE had carried out 3 quality audit inspection of the construction sites of Vallam and Kalanivasal and the findings of the inspection are presented in the report.
In the initial stage, CUBE has been assigned for only ONE Site Inspection. After seeing CUBE performance, CUBE has been awarded to carry out 12 more Site Inspections.
